   Once the plans are finalized and the material has been delivered, it’s time to bring your new deck or patio to life. Framing
All deck framing components are made using pressure treated #1 grade ACQ arsenic-free lumber. Why use this level of lumber for components that are often not visible? Because after 25 years of building decks, we have found that only the best materials can be used to create the best deck.

Final Touches
As an option to our clients, highly visible decks can benefit from synthetic wrapping of the structural components. These include the posts and beams, as well as the joist fascia. We use a unique trim product specializing in unpainted deck installation. Synthetic is the only product that can withstand the rigors of the environment with a smooth factory edge and surface. This smoothing effect eliminates the need for painting, and preserves in factory bright white for years to come.
